THE DELFUOCO PHOTO EXPERIENCE

A simple, guided process from inquiry to final gallery.

How it works
A proposal scene unfolds on a stone walkway by the waterfront.

1. Connect & Discover

We schedule a free consultation to go over what your dream day looks like and how it's captured for time to come.

2. Plan & Prepare

After booking, we'll be in touch a couple of times to plan out the Engagement session and to go over the timeline and details of the wedding.

3. Capture & Deliver

Once the wedding concludes I will go home and begin the process of uploading photos for selection. From a client exclusive gallery, you will be able to select which photos you wish to have edited. Then its off to the races!

From planning to memories, every step with intention

I'm here not just to take your photos, but to lend a hand in any way that I can, through suggestions while planning, to assisting with errands on the big day, suggestions on vendors and venues, and much more. I believe a duty of the photographer is far from just taking pictures, it's to ensure that you have the best day you possibly can.

FAQ

Do you travel for photoshoots?

Yes! I love to travel. I have a fee of $0.30/mile for destinations over 100 miles round trip.

How does the selection process work?

After the wedding, I will begin the process of uploading the photos taken between me and my staff to a private online gallery. Within the gallery it will walk you through how to mark a photo as selected. Once you reach the number of selections for your package, I will get started on the edits for them!

How long does it take to edit my Wedding?

The short answer is: It depends. The editing process begins as soon as all of your selections are made. You can expect to see them within 6 weeks after that!

How long do I have to make selections?

As long as you need! I'll check in with you after some time to see how it's going.

Would you be willing to do a wedding that is not 6 or 8 hours?

Yes! 6/8 hours are the most popular packages, but they don't always fit everyone's needs. I would be happy to discuss options!

How are Payments Made?

The cost is divided up between 3 payments.

  • 20% Retainer due at booking.
  • 40% due 6 months before the wedding.
  • 40% due 2 weeks before the wedding.

Payments can be made through:

  • Debit / Credit Card
  • ACH Payment
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Affirm

Flexible payment arrangements are available upon request. If you would prefer a custom payment schedule, I’m always happy to work with you to create something comfortable and manageable.

Cancellation Policy

The retainer is non-refundable, as it secures your date and reserves time that cannot be offered to other clients.

If a cancellation becomes necessary, any payments made beyond the retainer are refunded based on how close the cancellation occurs to the event date:

• More than 3 months before the event → 100% refunded

• Between 6 weeks and 3 months → 50% refunded

• Between 1 month and 6 weeks → 25% refunded

• Less than 1 month → No refund

If your event was previously rescheduled, the applicable refund percentage will be reduced by fifty percent (50%). This adjustment reflects the increased scheduling limitations and reduced likelihood of rebooking after a date change.

For example:

• A cancellation eligible for a 100% refund becomes a 50% refund

• A cancellation eligible for a 50% refund becomes a 25% refund

• A cancellation eligible for a 25% refund becomes a 12.5% refund

This structure is designed to balance flexibility with the realities of reserving and protecting event dates.

If you’re facing an unexpected situation, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Open communication is always encouraged, and I’m happy to talk through options whenever possible.

Rescheduling Policy

I completely understand that plans can change.

Rescheduling is permitted once without penalty, provided the request is made more than 30 days prior to the event date and I am available.

To keep things fair and manageable:

• More than 60 days before the event → No fee

• Between 30 and 60 days → Rescheduling fee may apply

• Less than 30 days → Treated as cancellation

Because dates are reserved well in advance and often cannot be rebooked on short notice, this structure helps balance flexibility with scheduling limitations.

If you’re facing an unexpected situation, please reach out as soon as possible. Early communication gives us the most options.

Let’s connect

Great photographs begin long before the wedding day. They start with connection, understanding, and a shared sense of what matters most. If that sounds like the experience you’re looking for, I’d be glad to connect.
